The precise numerical control automatic laser pipe cutting machine is assembled by the professional pipe cutting control system of FRIENDESS FSCUT3000S. It is a high-tech product integrating the latest laser cutting, precision machinery, numerical control technology and other disciplines. It is mainly used for cutting carbon steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, aluminum alloy pipe (square pipe, round pipe, rectangular pipe, waist round pipe, elliptical pipe, angle steel, C-steel) and other metal pipes. It is an excellent cutting machine in metal pipe processing industry. The bed adopts horizontal gantry structure, gear rack and screw combination transmission mode. Transmission components such as reducer, guide rail and gear rack are of well-known brands, with stable structure, good rigidity and high dynamic response. It can be equipped with full or semi-automatic feeding, which can realize automatic feeding and automatic cutting only by manually placing the tube on the material rack, so as to improve efficiency as well as save cost.
