3. Bottle production workshop shall conduct self-inspection, mutual inspection, inspection and random inspection in strict accordance with specifications, dimensions and appearance quality to ensure that the products meet the standards and requirements.
4. The quality inspection department shall conduct in-factory inspection and inspection of the products, while the quality assurance department shall be responsible for the quality and pre-delivery inspection of the products.

5. Inspection method: Use a high-precision stress tester for stress detection, use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm to detect the specifications and dimensions, use a stopper with an accuracy of 0.02mm to detect the inside diameter of the bottle, and use a height of the bottle with an accuracy of 0.05mm. After instrument detection, the vertical axis deviation was detected by a vertical tester with an accuracy of 0.01mm. The thickness of the bottle wall was detected by a wall thickness tester with an accuracy of 0.01mm. The thickness of the bottle bottom was detected by a bottle bottom thickness tester with an accuracy of 0.01mm. Its stability was tested with a high pressure steam sterilizer.
