Installation & Setup
Character Wheel Positioning

Before installing the printer head, rotate the character wheel to the initial position where the two notches on the rubber wheel are vertical and the wheel is locked. Install the print head on the frame via the connecting block, ensuring the lower notch faces but doesn't contact the rubber wheel.

Frame Installation

Mount the coding machine frame in a location that doesn't interfere with packaging machine operation. Ensure the frame is securely installed and properly aligned with cots and film guide rollers to maintain packaging film stability.

Sensor Setup

The printing signal is generated by proximity or photoelectric switches. For proximity switches, install the sensing piece on the horizontal sealing cutter shaft or synchronized shafts. For photoelectric switches, use color code sensors to detect packaging film color codes.
