Machine application and installation:

The horizontal steel pipe wrapping machine is specialized for wrapping horizontal wood panels, batten board and other horizontal objects.

It makes the object well packed and strapping stacked,convenient for storage and transportation.

The machine shall be mounted on flat & hard ground, where the ground load should be more than 1ton/m².

Machine installation main features:

1. Double-ring & double-rub wheel system make the wrapping more safe, stable & energetic.
2. PLC programmable control.
3. Both automatic and semi-auto working mode for different choice.
4. Photocell sensors are adopted for fixing the packing position.
5. Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.
6. The turning ring is controlled by converter.
7. Soft stop &soft start functions.
8. Packing material tension could be adjusted.
9. Separate control panel makes operation & maintenance easily.
10. Pressing down device and supportive rollers for fix the packaging position.
11. Wrapping position reset.
12. Protective fence ensure safe operation.
13. Wrapping material are compound paper tape/knit tape/anti-rust tape/waterproof tape and LLDPE stretch film.
14. Material size are width:≤250mm,Max OD:400mm and the ID:55mm.
15. Overlap rate of the wrapping material can be adjusted according to needs.
16. Automatic material feed & cutting system can be equipped for human operation.
17. The machine can be custom designed according to specific object size.
