Usage and Basice application:

The packaging line uses composite paper as the main packaging material, and adopts coiling, automatic packaging, stacking and other methods for slitting steel coils, so that the items are well packaged and stacked, which is convenient for storage and transportation.

It is mainly composed of automatic coiling mechanism, automatic stacking mechanism, conveying jacking mechanism, horizontal packaging machine, conveying mechanism, electrical control system, etc.

On this packaging line, an automatic coil picking system picks up the coils one by one from the revolving door hangers. The coils are then turned over 90 degrees and transported to the packaging position. After the packaging is completed, the coils are conveyed downstream to the stack Stacking position, one by one on the wooden frame.
