Application:
This machine is specially designed for packing extra wide metal coils. It’s a highly automatic& integrated, safe and practical packing machine. Multiple stations working reciprocating, to achieve long time continuous operation.
Mainly applicable for through-the-eye packing of big steel coils, aluminium coils, wire coils,etc.

OPERATION PROCESS:
1) Load the coils by crane, C-hook, forkman, or walking beam, coil car&etc onto the machine roller station.
2) The wrapping engine moves to the roller station with coil. The wrapper positioning itself. Regulate the U-type trackheight for different coil diameter for wrapping material dispense shuttle crossing the center of coil.
3) The U type track closed.
4) Fix the wrapping material on coil by manual or automatic mechanic hand (optional).
5) Start wrapping.
6) The wrapping finished and sealed by manual/ automatic mechanical hand (optional).
7) The wrapper moves to another blocker roller station for next packing(optional).
8) Offload the packed coil and prepare for another new packaging.
