Product introduction:
High frequency principle: medium frequency and high frequency induction heating is to convert power frequency (50HZ) alternating current into alternating current with a frequency generally ranging from 1KHZ to hundreds of KHZ, or even higher frequency. Using the principle of electromagnetic induction, it is converted into a magnetic field of the same frequency through an inductance coil. Then, it acts on the material and glue in the magnetic field. The eddy current effect is used to generate an induced rotating current (ie eddy current) in the material and glue that is proportional to the strength of the magnetic field. The rotating current uses the resistance in the material and the glue to convert it into heat energy. Together, they make the temperature of the material and the glue rise rapidly to achieve the purpose of rapid heating and curing of the glue.
