CCG5000-8TS Automatic Piston Filling Machine is suitable for the packaging of various water agents and high viscosity products. Whole machine is of in-line structure, driven by servomotor and volume metering filling principle, which realizes high precision of filling dosage. 3.Features of CCG5000-8TS Automatic Filling Machine
3.1 It is widely used for the automatic filling from 1L-5L in agrochemical, animal medicine, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.
3.2 The filling unit uses piston off structure, it can completely discharge the product in the tank, effectively avoid the cross-contamination. This structure also makes the sealing ring changing easier.
3.3 The motor drives the filling nozzles. Filling nozzle height can be adjusted in the touch screen. This will also avoid the foamy problem during filling.
3.4 The control system uses France Schneider, the integrated control system is more stable, safe, green and low energy consumption.
