1 High precision: the weighing and filling system (Mettler Toledo weighing sensor of the United States) is adopted to ensure the high precision of filling measurement. The unique way of ball roller is adopted to move the bottle ensures the stable output of the bottle after filling.
2 The electric control system of the whole machine is configured by Schneider of France and integrated with the electric control system, which is more stable, reliable, safe and low energy consumption.

Working Process
1,Before Filling
① Bottle Counting (empty bottle quantity auto inspection)
② Bottle Locking (fix the bottle position)
2,Filling
③Filling by weight (auto tare, fast & slow speed weight filling)
④Dive (motor diving, filling nozzle goes to the bottom and start filling)
⑤Going up after filling (filling nozzle goes up with the liquid till the filling complete)
3,After Filling
⑥Go to original (filling heads reset to its original position after filling)
⑦Bottle locking withdraws (locking withdraws, filled bottles going to next station)
⑧Cycling filling
