CCG5000-6TH Automatic Piston Filling Machine is suitable for the packaging of various water agents and high viscosity products. Whole machine is of in-line structure, driven by servomotor and volume metering filling principle, which realizes high precision of filling dosage. It adopts PLC control, human-machine interface, and the whole machine is easy to operate. The whole machine adopts frame design of high-speed rail. High precision electronic scale automatic weighing data transmission system is selected to make dose adjustment more convenient and quick.

Features of pesticide filling machine
1 High speed: High speed rotary weighing, filling and capping, continuous production without gap, high efficiency, fine metering and high speed, so as to avoid bottle falling and material splashing.
2 High precision: dynamic online weighing filling technology (automatic weight adjustment) + filling fast and slow valves, and the precision is not affected by material characteristics (viscosity, temperature and density).
Features:
1. It is widely used for the automatic filling from 1L-5L in agrochemical, animal medicine, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.
2. The filling unit uses piston off structure, it can completely discharge the product in the tank, effectively avoid the cross-contamination. This structure also makes the sealing ring changing easier.
3. Jinwang uses PLC control, servo motor drives the synchronous belt+stable operated double screw rod lifting structure to make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling. The synchronous belt will not break with embedded metal wire. At present, first-class packaging manufacturers are using this structure. Compared with similar products on the market, it adopts common motor + encoder and chain drive structure. After long time usage, the tensile chain will affect the filling accuracy and equipment stability.
4. The motor drives the filling nozzles. Filling nozzle height can be adjusted in the touch screen.
5. The filling head with integral casting has good formability and longer service life. The PTFE tubes have good anticorrosion performance, suitable for corrosive products.
6. The latest PTFE sealing parts improves the wear resistance and service life, reducing the maintenance cost.
7. The whole machine uses the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment. Meanwhile, dimension Φ120mm exhaust outlet reserved on the top of the filling lancers which connected to the induced draught system for exhausting gas.
8. The control system uses France Schneider, the integrated control system is more stable, safe, green and low energy consumption.
9. The machine adopts the shape of high-speed rail, real-time display of operation status (data), strong sense of science and technology.
