1. Introduction
This machine combines bottle-feed, cap-sorter, cap-elevator, capping altogether in one. The rotary structure catches the caps in the certain position, which is very stable and reliable. When compared with foreign capping machine, it also boasts high capping efficiency, high qualification, and wide application. It is applicable to various size of glass and plastic bottles and caps.

3.1. Fast-loading mold design, mold replacement without tools, mold engraving marking according to different bottles, replacement is more convenient and fast, bottle type switching time is shorter.
3.2. All transmission parts are equipped with clutch protection switch. When the bottle input-output star wheel is jammed or the spindle torque is overloaded, the system will automatically disconnect and stop the machine,then sound the alarm. so as to protect the equipment from damage and improve the service life. Other similar capping machines on the market do not have this function.
