1. Introduction
Vacuum feeder is a new product developed on the basis of absorbing foreign similar products. Currently, it is the most advanced, ideal and perfect vacuum conveying equipment for powder, granular material and powder particle mixture in China. The vacuum feeder can automatically transfer the various products to the hopper of packing machine, Injection molding machine and pulverizing machine, etc. It also can directly transit the products to mixer (e.g. V Shaped Mixer, 2D& 3D Mixer). This will reduce the workforce; solve the problem of dust overflow when feeding. It is the ideal choice for cleaning production.
Vacuum feeder is making up with the vacuum pump, SUS suction head, conveying soft pipe, PE filter, compressed air blowback device, pneumatic product discharge device, vacuum hopper and level auto control device. The complete system is with reasonable design and elegant shape.
