Introduction:
This machine is using scale fixed-quantity method to monitor current filling volume and feedback to the control instrument. Then the controller will output fast or slow filling signal according to the setting data which realize large-scale filling fast and accurate. It remedies measure precision default of viscous products, meet multi-liquid’s auto filling with or without foam.
Operating Principle:
Filling nozzle dives into container (down to the lower limit photoelectric of the cylinder) to proceed first time filling. Then filling nozzle will lift while filling and will stop at the stated place (up to the middle limit photoelectric of the cylinder). When it is close to the stated fast speed filling volume, the slow speed filling valve starts to fill until the stated volume. Valve closed, filling nozzle lifts up (up to the top limit photoelectric of the cylinder).

1. US Mettler Toledo weighing scale sensor and professional control cabinet adopted, ensuring high filling precision.
2. Adopt fast and slow varies speed filling, filling precision and speed are ensured without affecting speed. This is also to match cylinder filling nozzle to fill upon or below the liquid level. Applicable filling material is no foam or middle foam material.
3. Rotating drip collect cup added to filling nozzle. When filling process finished, the collect cup will be there to gather residual material to prevent bottleneck pollution.
4. Weighing controlling instrument is of RS-485 interface, digital control. And adjustment and data setting can all be done in touch screen. When filling process finished, drum weight, net weight and total weight will displayed which is so convenient and direct. (Instrument could be placed beside the bottling side).
5. Bunghole alignment device can detect accurate position when empty drum placed on it.
