5. Features of 1-5L Automatic Piston Filling Machine
a) The filling unit uses an off-cylinder structure, it can completely discharge the product in the tank, effectively avoiding cross-contamination, and making the replacement of the sealing ring easier.
b) CCG5000-6TS Automatic Piston Filling Machine uses PLC control, synchronous belt driven by servo motor, stable double lead screw lifting structure to make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling.
c) The filling nozzles go up and down by electric machinery. The height of the filling nozzle can be adjusted on the touch screen. Foam can be avoided during filling.
d) The latest PTFE sealing parts improves the wear resistance and service life, reducing the maintenance cost.
e) The filling head with integral casting has good formability and longer service life.
