Introduction:
GX-6B Filling, Capping integrated machine uses SUS304 which has the feature of anti-corrosive. The machine is making up with servo piston filling unit, bottle tightening transmission structure, capping wheels and cap unscrambler. It can finish filling and capping. The machine has the features of simple structure, easy cleaning, easy operation and quick change over. It is widely used in the filling of various products for both non viscosity and high viscosity. Only 1 man can operate the machine.
Features:
1. Simple structure and takes less space, it is an integrated filling, capping machine. The machine is SUS304 frame, organic glass cover which is safe, green and easy for cleaning.
2. France Schneider Control System, central control system which is stable, safe, green and low energy consumption.
3. Schneider system and servo motor structure (PLC control, servo motor drives the double transmission structure), this will make sure the high and stable filling precision.
4. Linear designed pistons and top & bottom quick fixing type which makes the cleaning and change of sealing rings faster.
5. PTFE sealing ring has features of high abrasive, long lifetime and low maintenance cost.
6. Combined with the development experience and market feedback, we develop the filling three way valves with the features of simple structure and good sealing. The three way valves are the patent of our company.
7. Each capping wheel is controlled by individual motor, the torque can be adjusted.
8. New material capping wheel which has the features of anti abrasion, tightening belts are one time forming with long lifetime.
9. Auto cap inspecting device is installed inside the cap sorter, the cap elevator will work automatically when there are not enough caps, and this will make sure the supply of caps.

a) Machine warranty of one year. Spare parts free of charge are supplied within one warranty year (easily damaged parts and man-made damage are exclusive). After a one-year warranty, we only charge spare parts at cost price.

c) We can dispatch our engineer to your company for installing and debugging machines.
d) You can also dispatch engineers to our company to inspect after the production of machines is finished. We are responsible for the training of t your engineers free of charge.

We are completing machine FAT via video conference call and undertaking remote installations to get new machines up and running ASAP.
