1 Fast-loading mold design, mold replacement without tools, mold engraving marking according to different bottles, replacement is more convenient and fast, bottle type switching time is shorter.
2 All transmission parts are equipped with clutch protection switch. When the bottle input-output star wheel is jammed or the spindle torque is overloaded, the system will automatically disconnect and stop the machine,then sound the alarm. so as to protect the equipment from damage and improve the service life. Other similar capping machines on the market do not have this function.
