KD8006 is a kapton adhesive tape coated with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive for easy die cutting and forming, featuring low viscosity and excellent heat resistance properties. Plus, its blue release film ensures easy die cutting.

These protective films combine low adhesion, excellent heat resistance performance and ROHS compliance to provide an ideal surface protection solution for flat materials such as FPC during high-temperature processing or as temporary covers.

Storage Conditions, Temperature Range & Humidity Range To store products under ideal conditions: 10-30C temperatures with relative humidity of 40-70% relative humidity are desired, avoiding direct sunlight (above 40C/75%RH). A 6-month storage duration with recommended precautions such as keeping away from fire places & radiators are advised;

Ling: To ensure optimal conditions, objects should feature surfaces which are clean and free from oil or any other sources of pollution;
Ling notes that in order for pressure-sensitive adhesives to adhere correctly, sufficient pressure must be applied when pressing; otherwise, this could have adverse repercussions for their properties and aesthetics in the final product.

Ling is not intended for outdoor use due to exposure to weather elements and may leave adhesive residue when removed from its substrate surface.
