High Temperature Silicone PI Protective Film-IH810A
Product Description
IH810A is a low-tack polyimide (PI) protective film with an organosilicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. It provides excellent adhesion performance and outstanding high-temperature resistance, making it ideal for demanding electronics manufacturing processes.
Product Structure
Product Features
- Excellent high-temperature resistance with no adhesive residue after removal
- High instantaneous bond strength and superior sealing performance
- RoHS compliant.
Product Applications
IH810A is suitable for high-temperature masking protection in various packaging processes, temporary fixation during high-temperature procedures, and as a carrier for supporting and protecting ultra-thin objects during transfer. It is especially designed for surface protection applications where the tape must be removed after high-temperature processing without leaving any adhesive residue.

- Keep in original packaging; store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, freezing temperatures, and heat sources.
- Shelf life is 12 months when stored at 15°C – 30°C (59°F – 86°F) and 40% – 70% relative humidity.
Precautions
- Keep away from heat sources and open flames.
- The surface to be bonded must be clean, dry, and free from oil or other contaminants.
- Apply sufficient pressure when laminating, as this product uses a pressure-sensitive adhesive. Insufficient pressure may adversely affect adhesion performance and appearance.
- Do not use outdoors. Outdoor weather exposure may cause adhesive residue on the substrate when the tape is removed.
