21 series splice tape are used in jointing 4 mm carrier tapes only in SMT process, This splice tape is made by our produced polyester (PET) material with superior adhesion.
Features And Benefits:
1. Jointed carrier tape without tape covered in the middleto reduce feeder jam rate.
2. Available for 4mm carrier tapes only.
3. Applicable for all SMT machines except sensitive machine.
Application:
SMS‐21XXC series splice tape are used in jointing carrier tapes for 4mm carrier tape only.

How to use:
Ideal application environment: 20-28℃,after sticking it onto carrier tapes, press it tightly at different locations on carrier tapes.This product is not proposed to be used as SMT cover tape extenders when SMT machine starts working.
