The integrated system includes raw salt pre-crushing, screw and agitated washing with counter-current stages, continuous pusher-centrifuge dewatering, and hot-air or fluidized-bed drying. Downstream modules feature in-line screening and packing capabilities, designed for stable purity, low moisture content, and energy efficiency.

Drying module after centrifuge dewatering

1. Pre-crushing: Reduces bulk salt to the optimal size range for effective washing and classification.
2. Multi-stage Washing: Combines screw and agitated washing with counter-current rinsing to remove both insoluble and soluble impurities, improving product purity.
3. Continuous Dewatering: Two-stage pusher centrifuge significantly reduces cake moisture before drying, enhancing energy efficiency.
4. Drying & Screening: Hot-air or fluidized-bed drying achieves target moisture levels, followed by precision screening and packing.

Washing and conveying section with adjustable residence time

Horizontal two-stage pusher centrifuge for salt crystal solid–liquid separation with PLC control. Features include low moisture after separation and automatic continuous discharge modes. Stainless steel contact materials available according to product grade requirements.
