Black Liquor Processing
Black liquor is a by-product from pulp mills containing lignin, hemicellulose, sodium hydroxide (NaOH), and sodium sulfide (Na2S). According to the International Energy Agency, black liquor represents the fifth most important fuel source globally, with significant potential for biofuel production.
Multiple Effect Evaporation Technology
Our system connects multiple evaporators in series, where only fresh steam is added to the first effect. The generated secondary steam then serves as heating steam for subsequent effects, dramatically reducing both heating steam consumption and cooling medium requirements.
