MVR Falling Film Vacuum Evaporator Overview
Advanced MVR falling film vacuum evaporator designed for efficient wastewater treatment and chemical processing applications. This tubular evaporator system utilizes mechanical vapor recompression technology for superior energy efficiency.
Working Principle
Material is preheated and distributed through a specialized liquid distributor into heat exchange tubes, forming uniform liquid films. As the material flows downward, heating steam on the shell side causes boiling and evaporation. The concentrated liquid collects in the lower pipe box while secondary steam enters the gas-liquid separator for purification before compression and reuse as heating steam.
