Product Description
Thermal Vapor Recompression (TVR) Evaporator System
Energy-Efficient Evaporation Technology
Our customized TVR evaporator system utilizes thermal vapor recompression to significantly reduce energy consumption in food & beverage and chemical industry applications. This advanced technology compresses recycled steam using high-pressure motive steam, achieving substantial operational cost savings.
Working Principle
The falling film TVR evaporator operates by feeding product from the wet process area through a balance tank. Product is heated to boiling temperature using plate heat exchangers, tubular heat exchangers, or direct heaters. The system employs the falling film principle where product and vapor flow downward through tubes, with concentrated product pumped through multiple passes for optimal evaporation efficiency.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between MVR and TVR evaporators?
MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) uses electricity as energy source with very low consumption, while TVR uses steam with consumption dependent on evaporation stages.
Why choose a falling film evaporator?
Falling film evaporators provide gentle water removal with high energy efficiency and compact footprint for maximum evaporation capacity.
What products are suitable for falling film evaporation?
Almost all pumpable liquids and soluble products can be processed, with viscosity being a critical factor for optimal performance.
