Automatic Thermal Vapor Recompression (TVR) Evaporator
ISO9001 certified thermal vapor recompression evaporation and concentration equipment that uses TVR heat pump technology to recompress secondary steam as a heating source, delivering exceptional energy efficiency for industrial applications.
Operating Principle
The solution is preheated using condensate and enters the evaporation circuit where it mixes with circulated solution and is heated. In the evaporator, solvent (water) evaporates while cooling the solution to boiling temperature. The resulting vapor steam is compressed to higher pressure and temperature levels by a steam jet pump, enabling its use as a heating medium. Excess vapor is condensed, and for crystallization applications, further evaporation concentrates the solution until crystals form.
