Technology Overview
Thermal Vapor Recompression (TVR) is an energy-efficient method that reduces steam consumption in evaporation systems. The system uses high-pressure steam as motive fluid in a steam ejector to entrain recycled lower-pressure steam, discharging the combined steam at a more useful intermediate pressure. This process increases condensation temperature through pressure elevation, enabling efficient heat recovery.

TVR evaporators are widely used across multiple industries including food processing, starch production, beverages, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and chemical manufacturing. Working Principle
The system operates on heat pump principles where steam from the boiling chamber is compressed to higher pressure in the heating chamber. Steam jet compressors with no moving parts provide simple, effective design and maximum operational reliability. Secondary steam from the separator is driven by high-pressure working steam into the ejector for mixing and pressure elevation, then reused as heating steam. The remaining steam enters the condenser for discharge.
