Our vacuum thermal vapor recompression evaporators are engineered for efficient ammonium sulfate salt crystallization processes, utilizing advanced thermo compressor technology to maximize energy recovery and operational efficiency.
Thermo compressors recycle heat energy by capturing and recompressing waste steam for reuse. These robust devices feature no moving parts and consist of a steam chest, nozzle holder, nozzles, and diffuser. High-pressure steam enters the steam chest and expands through the nozzle, creating high-velocity steam that entrains waste steam into a mixing chamber. The combined fluids are then recompressed through the diffuser, converting velocity energy back to pressure energy.
The solution undergoes preheating with condensate before entering the evaporation circuit. It mixes with circulated solution and is warmed in heater H. In evaporator V, solvent (water) evaporates while cooling the solution to boiling temperature. The resulting vapor steam is compressed to higher pressure and temperature levels by the steam jet pump using steam, enabling its use as a heating medium for the circulated solution. Excess vapor is condensed, and for salt crystallization, further evaporation concentrates the solution until crystals form. Crystals can be separated from the suspension and dried as required.

This continuous concentration equipment comprises TVP steam heat pump, heating tube, evaporation chamber, condenser, vacuum pump, circulating discharge pump, and operation platform. The integration of TVR heat pump technology enables significant energy savings, with steam consumption of four-effect + TVR systems comparable to five-effect evaporators.
