Process Flow
- Pre-treatment & Crushing: Reduce raw salt to suitable particle size, easing washing and grading.
- Multi-stage Washing: Use screw/agitator washers with counter-current rinsing to remove mud, sand and soluble impurities, improving purity.
- Continuous Centrifuge Dewatering: Two-stage pusher centrifuge lowers moisture and saves drying energy.
- Drying & Screening: Hot-air or fluidized-bed drying to target moisture, then screening to grain size before packing.
