Process Overview
The system processes mixed potassium bicarbonate solutions through desorption self-carbonization and multi-effect evaporation. The resulting solid-liquid mixture is separated via centrifuge to obtain potassium bicarbonate crystals, which are then dried, screened, and packaged. This method significantly reduces energy consumption while improving crystal size control and product quality.

Evaporator

Separates vapor and liquid, available in normal, gravity, or specially designed configurations.
Vacuum System
