Multiple-Effect Evaporator System
Multiple-effect evaporators maximize steam economy by using vapor generated from one effect to drive another. This continuous feed system progressively reduces fluids through each effect to achieve final concentration discharge. Our patented technology optimizes each effect for both vapor and fluid conditions, delivering superior evaporation efficiency and reliability.
System Components
Complete system includes first-effect, second-effect, and third-effect separators, evaporators, pre-heaters, condenser, vacuum pump, feeding pump, circulation pump, discharge pump, condensed water pump, and all necessary pipelines and fittings. Equipped with CIP spraying cleaning ball, vacuum gauges, thermometers, and pressure gauges for comprehensive monitoring.
