Wastewater Multiple Effect Evaporation System with 5T/H Capacity
This Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) evaporator system offers high-efficiency wastewater treatment with a processing capacity of 5 tons per hour. The advanced technology significantly reduces energy consumption while maintaining optimal evaporation performance.
Working Principle
The MVR system utilizes high-efficiency steam compressors to compress secondary steam generated during evaporation. This process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heated steam is then recirculated to the evaporation chamber, allowing continuous reuse of latent heat of vaporization.
