Plastic Cans Injection Stretch Blow Molding Machine / PET Bottle Making Machinery
In this machine, there are three operational stations: injection perform, blowing/stretching, and product release. The process starts with raw material being transferred from the hopper into the injection screw, creating preforms. The preforms are then moved to the blow/stretch station, where they are shaped using their residual heat without additional reheating. Following this, the completed products are rotated to the release station, where they are automatically released. This machine features a fully automated rotation cycle, which avoids the need for preform purchases, minimizes waste, and offers high levels of automation with smoothly finished products.
