Plasticization System: High-efficiency low power consumption system with transducer control and low-temperature self-protection. Features ∮75mm screw with 25:1 L/D ratio and 100Kg/H plasticization capacity.
Extrusion System: High-grade alloy steel construction with center feeding. Configurable with single head for 5L or double head for 1L production.
Clamping System: 80KN clamping force with 400×450mm maximum mold size and automatic lubrication.
Electrical System: PLC + touch screen interface with Siemens or MITSUBISHI components. Includes automatic temperature control and Japan MOOG parison controller.
Hydraulic System: Multiple function hydraulic integrated block with Japan YUKEN valves and separate water cooling cycle.
Pneumatic System: Taiwan AIRTAC pneumatic components with 0.8MPa air pressure.
