Product Overview
DSB65I full-automatic bottle making machine is specially designed for producing plastic chemical bottles, medical bottles, lubricant oil bottles, cosmetic bottles, and other small plastic containers up to 5 liters capacity.

Premium aluminium 7075# with beryllium copper inserts for optimal cooling and durability. Alternative materials include S50c, P20, and S136 with optional auto-deflashing capability.

MOOG 100 Point Parison Control
Optional precision programming system that reduces plastic usage, improves wall thickness distribution, and decreases cooling time. Manual die gap adjustment also available for basic thickness control.
