Production Capabilities
The Q Series efficiently produces 1200 bottles per hour (750ml size) with maximum capacity of 2L plastic bottles. The system handles various bottle types including carbonated beverage bottles, pure water bottles, mineral water bottles, fruit juice bottles, cosmetic containers, large diameter bottles, and high-temperature resistant packaging.
Machine Components
Features include 32 light tubes with 0.75KW power each, maximum heating power of 24KW, and efficient cooling system with 30L/min frozen water flow.
The unique cam linking system integrates mold-opening, mold-locking and bottom mold-elevating movements, equipped with high-speed servo driving to shorten cycle times and increase production capacity.
The efficient rotary preform inlet system ensures consistent feeding speed while protecting preform necks from damage during the production process.
