1. Automatic egg collection system is composed of egg collection base, egg uploading system,  soft broken egg filtration system, egg collecting belt and drive system, front collection system, and electricity distribution system.

2. Egg collecting machine is assembled with high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel plate, which is designed strictly and has the advantages of large load-bearing capacity and non-deformation of the structure.

3. The composition of the egg conveying system is driven by a Taiwan geared motor with high transmission efficiency, which achieves low loss, high output, low failure rate, long life, and low noise, reducing the impact of noise on chickens and improving egg production.

4. Soft broken egg filtering system: The transmission mechanism of the soft broken egg filtering system adopts chain and sprocket transmission, and the transmission is stable. This system is mainly installed according to the needs of customers, and the soft eggs are leaked into the soft egg tray below. Prevent the egg mucus that is broken during the transportation of soft eggs from sticking to the upload system and contaminate the finished eggs.

5. The egg collection belt drive system is driven by a hollow worm gear reducer with high transmission efficiency, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the egg conveyor belt. The driving roller is made of high-quality rubber, which increases the friction with the conveyor belt and prevents the conveyor belt from slipping and deviation.
