Automatic Poultry Feeding System Overview

This 0.75kW H Type 4-Tier automatic feeding system delivers precise feed distribution for chicken layer cage operations. Engineered for efficiency and reliability, it features hot-dip galvanized steel construction and automated operation to optimize poultry farm productivity.

Working Method & Operation

Feed is automatically distributed from silos to feed carts via spiral augers within 90-150mm diameter pipes. Steel cable-driven feed carts move along tracks while specially designed troughs ensure equal feed distribution across all tiers and prevent spillage.
