Our poultry layer cages feature hot-dip galvanized wire mesh with 400μm zinc coating thickness, providing 3-4 times better corrosion resistance than standard surface treatments. This ensures a lifespan exceeding 25 years.
Cold Galvanized: Smooth, bright surface with 20-30g/m² zinc layer. Suitable for 15-year service life in humid conditions.
Hot-Dip Galvanized: Superior 500g/m² zinc thickness with high strength and exceptional corrosion resistance for over 25 years lifespan.
- Feed Hoppers: Two hoppers per tier, 1.2mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel
- Traction Device: 0.75kw motor power, 14mm PP rope, 8.67m/minute speed
- Track System: Hot-dip galvanized steel track 48mm×2.75mm
- Frame Structure: Hot-dip galvanized steel head and end frame 40mm×60mm×3mm
- Independent Operation: Each feeding line operates separately for flexible management
- Auger Connection: Transverse feeding auger connects trolley carts to silo
