Belt Type Poultry Manure Removal System
This automated belt-type waste cleaning system is specifically designed for A-type and H-type battery chicken cages in both laying hen and broiler farms. The system efficiently removes poultry dung, feces, and waste litter using a durable PP belt mechanism.
System Components
The manure removal system includes front cap rollers for stretching, internal scraping apparatus, rear scraping rollers, pressing balls, external scraping apparatus, conveyor drive systems, and electrical reducer engines. The manure belt is constructed from white PP material for durability and corrosion resistance.
