System Overview
Scraper Manure Collection System
Designed for A-frame cage systems with manure pits under the cages, the scraper system collects waste from manure pits and transports it outside the chicken house. Each machine services 2-3 rows of chicken cages, with scraper width customized according to manure pit dimensions.
Conveyor Belt Manure Cleaner
This automatic manure removal equipment is suitable for H-type chicken cage poultry farms, offering clean manure removal and high operational efficiency with minimal maintenance requirements.
Installation Requirements
- Chicken house must have hardened, flat ground with no convex or concave areas
- Slope control should not exceed 2 degrees up and down
- Excrement side should be 5-10 degrees lower for proper water drainage
- Chicken cages must be placed straight with height deviation not exceeding 0.5mm
- Distance between legs should not exceed 0.5mm
- Main engine, head, and tailstock must be firmly fixed to ground
- Controller must include leakage protection device
- Test running in jog mode with multiple personnel cooperation
- Operation must be stable with uniform manure removal and noise below 40 decibels
