Automated Layer Raising Poultry Manure Removal System
Our automated layer raising chicken cage system with manure removal is designed for efficient egg production in poultry farms. Each tier features a fully automatic manure cleaning system that reduces labor intensity and costs while maintaining clean housing conditions and improving manure utilization. The transverse transport system efficiently moves manure directly outside the chicken house.
System Installation Guidelines
Site Preparation Requirements
- Chicken house must have hardened, flat ground with no uneven surfaces
- Slope control should not exceed 2 degrees up and down
- Excrement side should be 5-10 degrees lower for proper water drainage
Installation Steps
- Place cages straight and adjust foot adjusters - height deviation between cages should not exceed 0.5 mm
- Securely fix main engine, head and tailstock to ground without loosening
- Install manure belt or scraper and check compatibility with manure baffle
- Electrical wiring must include leakage protection device
- Test run in jog mode with multiple personnel cooperation
- Ensure no scratches, jams, deflection or equipment issues
- Operation should be stable with uniform manure removal and noise below 40 decibels
