Automated Poultry Manure Removal System
This H Type chicken poultry farm cleaning equipment features a 2.1m width and 30cm depth automatic manure removal system designed specifically for poultry coop cages. The system efficiently removes poultry waste through two primary methods: belt conveyor systems and scraper collection machines.
System Overview
- Belt Manure Conveyor: Installed under each layer of H type chicken coop cages, this longitudinal belt conveyor transfers manure to the end of the system where it drops onto a transversal rubber belt conveyor for final transport outside the facility.
- Scraper Collection Machine: Positioned in the litter pit beneath chicken cages, this system operates in pits typically measuring 1.8m or 2.1m width with 30cm depth, compatible with our A type chicken cage specifications.
Installation Requirements
- Chicken house must have hardened, flat ground with slope control not exceeding 2 degrees
- Excrement side should be 5-10 degrees lower for proper drainage
- Cages must be placed straight with height deviation not exceeding 0.5mm
- Main equipment and components must be firmly fixed without loosening
- Controller must include leakage protection device
- Operational noise levels maintained below 40 decibels
