Production Introduction
Main Structure
TCX Series Magnet Separator mainly consists of barrel body (body case), permanent magnet and door (drawer).
(1) Barrel body (body case): it’s to support and form the material channel, it’s welded by Stainless Steel, the feeding port and discharging port is on each side.
(2) Permanent Magnet: it’s comprised of outer barrel, magnetic patch (bar), pole board, etc. The outer barrel is stainless steel, and magnetic patch is high-performance composite permanent magnetic material.
(3) Door (drawer): it’s to immobilize the permanent magnet and to be opened for cleaning the magnetic impurities.
TCX Series Magnet Separator is widely used in flour making, rice milling, feed producing, food processing, pharmacy, etc, with cleaning functioning in workshops by making use of the physical characteristics difference to get rid of the magnetic impurities and execute the basic cleaning task in workshops.
The Operation Theory of Magnet Separator is to make the magnetic impurities magnetized by the permanent magnet and absorbed to the pole board, to make the raw material go through the magnetic area and discharged through the outlet.
