Production Introduction

Drawer Type Tube Magnet Separator adopts NdFeb magnet bar inside as magnetic source, with special combination, the magnetic field intensity can reach 8000 gauss. The tube arranges as the grid type or interlaced stacked grid type to form super strong, uniform and stable magnetic field. With special drawer type structure, when cleaning the magnetic impurities, the magnetic bar can be taken out for cleaning, which improves the efficiency in getting rid of the magnetic impurities and lowers the workforce.

TCX Series Magnet Separator is widely used in flour making, rice milling, feed producing, food processing, pharmacy, etc, with cleaning functioning in workshops by making use of the physical characteristics difference to get rid of the magnetic impurities and execute the basic cleaning task in workshops.

The Operation Theory of Magnet Separator is to make the magnetic impurities magnetized by the permanent magnet and absorbed to the pole board, to make the raw material go through the magnetic area and discharged through the outlet.

For every production step our workers are carefully finished. QC department is strictly following the quality standard by 100% inspection for all the products. Cheegers never stop studying,researching and developing new designs on rotary valves. Each year, we will launch new designs which suit different application conditions.

Packaging & Delivery

Apart from the standard rotary valves we have in stock, our rotary valves generally need 40-45 days to finish.

We will use plywood case to pack, which can avoid the fumigation.
