HDPE/PP Small Plastic Bottle Blowing Machine

          This type HDPE/PP Small Plastic Bottle Blowing Machine is suitable to produce 3 liter and small bottles under 3 liter, such as milk bottles, barrels, jars, water bottles, etc.

          The small bottle machine could produce hollow products with material HDPE/LDPE/PP. The machine could operate easily with PLC control system, once operator setup the parameters, the machine could work smoothly without people attention.  

         The machine equipped with automatic de-flashing devices, the waste material could be de-flashed directly. The die heads could be 1,2,3, 4, so that the production capacity could be fourth times higher.

         The machine is double stations, die heads could be single, double, triple or quadruple, so the molds should be reflected accordingly. The production capacity could be faster than only single die head. This machine also could install parison controller system, customer could control the wall thickness easily by parison controller.  For small bottles, the die head could be three or four, customer could choose the quantity based on their needs.  

         This machine require 0.6m3/min 8KG air compressor, customer have to prepare the air compressor for machine operation. Chiller, crusher, auto loader is also needed for this kind of machine. Chiller help to cool the molds; crusher will break the waste material to be pieces and re-use again. Auto loader will help customer pump material to the hopper of the extruder.
