After model and prototype are confirmed, it will be mold design and manufacturing, product injection and production assembly. We have strict production management and an excellent manufacturing team. We have excellent mold making lead time, some molds 40 days, some molds even 14 days, up to your parts design.

A week for the small orders,15-30 days for bulk orders. Depends on your specific items, we can expedite for you as per our production schedule.
Q2: How to control product quality?
First full size inspection, Mass production: Check process (2 hours sampling), 100% Shipping random checks
We have professional QC team, control the quality during the mass production and inspect the completely goods before shipping.
Q3: What's kinds of information you need for quote?
Please kindly provide the part 2D drawing in PDF, and will be better to provide the STEP 3D Model File for us. So that we can further check the part structure, dimension and weight.
Q4: OEM/ODM, or customer's logo printed is available?
YES, we are the OEM/ODM manufacturer, customer’s logo are welcomed.
Q5: What’s your payment terms?
Regularly doing 50% deposit and 50% balance by T/T, Western Union, Paypal, other payment terms also can be discussed based on our cooperation.
