Guangzhou Haoshun Mold Tech Co., Ltd (HMT) was founded in 2007 with 110+ employees, covers 5000㎡, a professional manufacturer specialized in prototyping (3D printing / CNC machining / Vacuum casting), toolmaking and plastic molded production. We have 16 injection machines ranging from 50 to 1250 tons, the biggest plastic part we can produce is 1260mm, and the weight is 4.5KG.
We’ve been committed to provide varied prototype, toolings and injection molded parts for our customers in high quality with short delivery time. And we have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification in 2015. Under the ISO9001 quality control system, it standardizes our factory scientific management comprehensively.

Including the price of molds, molds sizes, material for cores & cavities, weight of product, part cost, payment, mold lifetime, delivery, etc. |

| 4. Making mold(moulds) |
Receive 3D model, start to do part DFM analysis, mold flows and mold detail agreed with the customer, start production. |
| 5. Production schedule | Every week we will feedback to the customer a mold making progress with pictures. |
| 6. Mold trial |
We provide the molds trial free samples for confirmation (about 10-15 pieces), then get your sample approval, mass production. |

First full size inspection—Mass production—Check process (2 hours sampling) —100% Shipping random checks
We have professional QC team, control the quality during the mass production and inspect the completely goods before shipping.
Q3: What's kinds of information you need for quote?
Please kindly provide the part drawing in PDF, and will be better to provide the STEP 3D Model File for us. So that we can further check the part structure, dimension and weight.
Q4: OEM/ODM, or customer’s logo printed is available?
YES, OEM/ODM, customer’s logo are welcomed.
Q5: What’s your payment terms?
Regularly doing 50% deposit and 50% balance by T/T, Western Union, Paypay, other payment terms also can be discussed based on our cooperation.
