A6:1. Rack production process

Raw material→punching→cold rolling forming→length, flat head→welding→calibration→surface spraying→packaging→finished product

2. Surface treatment process

(1) Surface treatment process

Black billet (remove surface dirt)→pickling→water washing→surface adjustment→water washing→phosphating→high pressure water washing

(2) Surface spraying

Spraying process: pickling→phosphating→drying→spraying→constant temperature curing

(3) Selection of powder: the surface coating adopts the epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying process produced by the ISO9000 quality certification enterprise.

(4) Coating thickness: the coating thickness is 60-80 microns, and the coating film performance meets the industry standard.

(5) Coating surface: smooth, smooth, and consistent in color, the adhesion of electrostatic powder spraying meets the requirements of level 0 in GB/T6739-1996 standard.

(6) Coating hardness: hardness (abrasion resistance) is more than 100 times that of ordinary nitro paint, and meets the 2H requirement of GB6739-1996 standard.
