Production process
1.Pulping System
Put the raw materials into the pulper and add an appropriate amount of water to stir the raw materials into pulp.
The raw materials include waste paper,newspaper,cardboard,book and so on.
The machine can make different products by changing the molds.eg egg tray,egg carton,fruit tray,shoe tree,coffee carrier and so on.
2.Forming System
The forming system is the process to produce the wet egg tray by forming machine. When the above forming moulds sink into the pulp tank, the negative-pressure vacuum pump will work on the the back of the forming mould, the pulp will be sucked and gathered on the mould surface to form the wet egg tray.
3.Drying System
This is bricke dryer to dry the finished products.
4.Packing System
You need person to pack finished egg trays.We also can configure automatic counting system according to your requirements.
