Full Automatic Egg Tray Machine Process:

Pulping system

1. Put the raw material (paper) into the pulper, add water and stir into pulp;

2. The forming machine produces egg trays by working principles such as vacuum adsorption;

3. The conveyor belt transports the wet egg tray from the forming machine to the drying line. and dry them quickly;

4. Organize and pack egg trays.

 
Forming machine is one of the main equipment of the whole egg tray (box) production line. Its function is to produce the wet egg trays. So it is the important supporter for the line. Only under the forming machine’s co-working, the molds, the negative pressure control, the positive pressure control can realize their functions.

Drying System

 
The drying system is the third section of the egg tray production line. Generally, the wet trays moisture content is 70%. So drying system is required for drying the wet trays.

Type 1. Natural drying by sun
Type 2. Cement brick dryer
Type 3. Metal dryer oven (single layer & multi layers two types)
 

The following is type 1. natural drying way show, it is suitable for the small capacity ≤ 1700pcs/h, and if the sun is very strong in your country, you can choose this drying way. Other two types is suitable for ≥1000pcs/h output capacity egg tray machine.
