Product Description:

Egg Tray Machine is a kind of environmental protection equipment.The process is to process the waste paper,virgin pulp board or biomass fliber as raw material into thick pulp through the pulping system, enter the homogenizing tank for stirring, adjust the appropriate concentration and then pump it into the molding system, according to the different mold shapes of the molding machines. It is processed into different products like egg tray,egg carton,egg box,fruittray,shoe tray and so on, finally the excess moisture of the products is evaporated by the drying system, shaped into finished products,and processed into final products after trimming and other processes.

Specifications:

1. Pulping system

Put the raw materials into the pulper and add an appropriate amount of water to stir the waste paper into pulp.

2. Forming system

The forming system is the process to produce the wet egg tray by forming machine. When the above forming

moulds sink into the pulp tank, the negative-pressure vacuum pump will work on the the back of the forming

mould, the pulp will be sucked and gathered on the mould surface to form the wet egg tray.

3. Drying system

Then the wet trays are ready for sending outside for drying.You can dry them by sun.But you can also choose

brick dryer or metal dryer according to your requirements.

4. Packing system

The finished products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying
